10 years! Ten years since I was in high school being told what was going on in New York. It is crazy to think that it was that long ago. It is odd how much this world has changed in ten years. Even thought September 11th is not a National holiday I am sure that one day there will be a National Holiday for September 11th. In this World we live in there is so much war right now. I can't really remember too much about this before Sept. 11, 2001. But what I know now is every where you go and everything you do there will always be a person in uniform recruiting and such. Last week Derek and i went to a Diamondbacks baseball game where they had people going into the Army give their Oath in front of the crowd and then there were people in uniform all over in the stands and around the stadium recruiting. It is neat, but at the same time sad and scary. Even though Sept 11th happened 10 years ago we are still fighting in a War. Men and Women are still out there fighting in Desert Sands. It is sad, but from what I have heard necessary. I just hope tat someday this War will come to and end and that there might be peace again. It is sad to me that seeing recruiters for the armed services is a everyday part of life and not just something you see at schools any more!
