Dust Storm

As I was working tonight I was in the back of the bakery in Costco. I was cleaning out the fridge and the dishwasher. I finished my duties and then walked out to do my nightly pull. When I looked at the store my first thought was..... is there a fire in the store? I looked around and there weren't very many people in the store, but the fire alarm wasn't going off and no one came to get me. So then I thought.... maybe my eye were playing games on me. I couldn't understand why it was so hazy....

Then a co-worker came up to me and said that there was a huge sand storm outside and that the hazy was all dust! I guess that is one reason why Costco's big doors are a problem. When the storm hit we had to get permission from Corporate to close and by the time we got permission all of Costco was full of Dust. 

I cleaned the bakery for 4 hours tonight just to find out that someone has to be in at 4am to clean up all of the dust! Crazy I know but there literally was dust EVERYWHERE! 

I am so grateful that I was not outside during the storm but I still would have liked to see it and experience it. 

I then got in my car to go home. I turned on the car and sure enough POUF! Tons of dust came out of the a.c. and blew straight into my face! I then got home and took pictures of things around my apartment! The cars, my bike seat, and the bag of recycles that I had outside! 

What a crazy dust storm!
