Why have I never tried this sooner? This past Sunday it was a CRAZY Sunday. I had to work all day. Derek wen tot Church and then off to home teach his families. While shopping on Saturday night I knew this would be the case so I gave in a bought a roast and vegetables for our Sunday night dinner. I haven't done it before because a roast is like $11.00-$14.00 dollars and I feel that is rather expensive.
Well after doing the small preparation in the morning, going to work for 8 hours then coming home to a delicious smelling house and a great dinner I have to say we will definitely be having roast more often!!!!! The funny thing is the roast was expensive but everything else that went with it was cheap!
I officially love making roasts!

We love this meal, too! I usually shred the beef after we are done and make enchiladas the next day. you should try it! It makes that expensive roast go even further :)
